I’m Konstantin. Just Kosta is also fine.

✨ I’m a creative lead and communication specialist working with a wide range of brands. But recently mostly IT. So to say, I help tech find its voice, speak up and get heard.

Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked with local, global, and in-house agencies and learned that meaningful communication is always more than just selling. I’ve created projects that not only met business goals but also stood out in different ways: the most therapeutic, the most musical, the most awarded, the most cheering, and the most artistic. And yes, even the classics — the ones that cut through the TV clutter.

🏆 Along the way, my work brought credibility to brands — and to me: professional awards and a spot among the top creatives in Russia.

🎧 Outside of client work, I love experimenting. I produce music and sound design under the name KSTQ, with pieces supported by residencies and cultural centers like KC-Rex and Radio Elsewhere.

💻 On top of that, I build digital side-projects, from a fashion thrifting platform to a pocket world tour guide.

🥩 Since moving to Belgrade, Serbia — a country famous for its love of good meat — I even started a small jerky brand called Kesa Mesa (which means “The Bag of Meat”).
